All EPI inline style meter include a pair of inlet flow conditioners. These conditioners help to improve problematic uneven flow profile by disturbing the gas flow and allowing it to assume a more uniform profile without add any significant pressure drop in most application and only require two upstream diameter & no downstream diameter needed. EPI provide different materials of thermal mass flowmeter for different applications: 1. General Industrial (AP Level) 2. Semiconductor High Purity (BA Level) 3.
